SIA “vvwood”
GOODS RETURN PROCEDURE
For the online shop www.vvwood.lv
Effective from 13 June 2026.
This returns procedure explains how a buyer can return goods purchased from www.vvwood.lv, including by exercising the right of withdrawal or reporting non-conforming goods.
1. Cases in which goods may be returned
Goods may be returned where:
* a consumer exercises the right of withdrawal within 14 days;
* the goods are damaged or do not match the order;
* the wrong goods were delivered;
* the parties have individually agreed an exchange or return.
2. Requesting a return
To request a return, the buyer must write to info@vvwood.lv and provide the order number, product name, reason for return, contact details and, where possible, photographs.
3. Condition of returned goods
Returned goods must be clean, undamaged, complete and safely packed for transport.
The consumer is responsible for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
4. Custom-made goods
Goods made to the buyer’s specifications or clearly personalised are not accepted back under the right of withdrawal where the statutory exception applies.
This does not limit the buyer’s right to make a claim regarding non-conforming or damaged goods.
5. Return method and address
The return method and address must be agreed with SIA “vvwood” before the goods are sent.
Return address: Helēnas iela 33–3, Alūksne, LV-4301, Latvia.
Returning bulky goods may require an individually arranged transport solution.
6. Return costs
Where goods are returned because the right of withdrawal is exercised, the consumer bears the direct return costs unless SIA “vvwood” has agreed to cover them or otherwise stated.
If goods are damaged or do not conform to the contract due to SIA “vvwood”, the return procedure and costs are handled in accordance with applicable law.
7. Refunds
Refunds are made in accordance with the right-of-withdrawal rules or after a claim concerning non-conforming goods has been assessed.
SIA “vvwood” may withhold the refund until the goods have been received back or evidence of return shipment has been provided.
8. Damaged or non-conforming goods
If the buyer receives damaged goods or goods that do not match the order, SIA “vvwood” should be notified as soon as possible with a description and photographs.
SIA “vvwood” assesses the request and offers a solution in accordance with applicable law.
